By now, you should have received a band welcome packet personalized for your son or daughter outlining some important information, such as supplies and materials, Band Registration, and contact information. Please email Mr. Pulley if you did not receive this message. Remember that all listed supplies and materials are due by the second day of school next year, which will be Thursday, August 18. We suggest you start to purchase the needed supplies now because there will be delays if you wait too long, plus you can spread out buying these items over the summer to make it more affordable. Next, make plans to attend our Band Registration on Monday & Tuesday, August 1 & 2 in the Belton MS Band Hall from 8am-4pm (come-and-go). This will allow you to fill out all of the required paperwork at the same time, get your student a locker, and meet the directors and see the facilities face-to-face to be prepared for school to start. If you will not be in town during that time, be sure to email Mr. Pulley (firstname.lastname@example.org) in July so he can send you an online registration checklist.
Also, be sure to mark Thursday, August 11 down on your calendar for our New Parent Meeting from 5:30-6:30pm in the Belton MS Band Hall. There you will learn the inner workings of our program, director expectations, and answer any and all questions you have to help your child be successful in Band!
