On Saturday, the 7th and 8th grade members of the Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble participated in our annual Solo Contest at BMS. They were evaluated by professional musicians on their skill development in tone, technique, and musical comprehension after preparing for their performance for the past month. Out of a total of 75 events, 12 students received Second Division Excellent ratings and earned a ribbon, while 80% of our students received First Division Superior ratings and will receive a medal.
