Many thanks to the parent chaperones that helped out at both the Elementary Holiday Tour (Wind Ensemble) and the Christmas On the Chisholm Trail performance (Jazz Band) last week. We couldn’t have done it without your help!

• Beginners have required after school rehearsals this Monday & Tuesday until 5pm – please pick up your student at the parent drop-off loop by the staff parking lot by 5pm
• Wind Ensemble students will need to be dropped off this Wednesday & Thursday at 7:30am at the respective elementary schools for our Holiday Tour
• Jazz Band’s performance at Christmas On the Chisholm Trail has been moved to this Saturday the 14th at the same time and place

With only 3 weeks left before the holiday break, this edition contains all of the information you need (with maps) for our upcoming performances, including both jazz performances this week, Beginner After School Rehearsals and Wind Ensemble’s Elementary Tour next week, as well as our Holiday Concert on Tuesday, December 17.

8th Grade Parents: Please fill out Future M100 Survey by this Friday. Percussionists from Symphonic Band & Wind Ensemble will resume after school sectionals this Tuesday from 4-5pm to prepare for the ensemble performance at our upcoming Holiday Concert on December 17.

Remember our Band Social is Tuesday at Spare Time starting at 5pm. Students should check in with a director at the front and then receive their wristband from a chaperone. Only current band students and registered chaperones who were emailed instructions may receive a wristband.

Parents MUST pick up their student no later than 7pm or should arrive by that time to stay with them. School-Owned Instrument Payments for Plans 3 & 4 are due this Friday either online or by cash or check made out to BMS.
