Holiday Concert Details 2023

Here is the information for our Holiday Concert coming up on Thursday, December 14 at the Belton HS PAC starting at 6:30pm. Members of the Advanced Percussion Ensemble will arrive at the Stage at 5:30pm and Beginner’s Ensemble at 5:45pm. Symphonic Band will arrive at the Belton HS Band Hall at 6:15pm, while Wind Ensemble will arrive at the same place at 6:30pm.

The Band Hall will close at 4:30pm that today, and all students are responsible for taking their instrument and music binder to the PAC. This concert performance is a major grade for all band students, and is critical to their success as a musician. Please remember that it is not possible to recreate a public performance, and this concert is the culmination of all of our students’ work so far this school year.

Students will keep their instrument at home after the concert and not bring it back to school on Friday. They will, however, need to bring their binder back to school for class that Friday.

Please review and download this information sheet that gives all the details for Thursday’s concert:

All-Region Auditions Recap

We are proud of all 53 band students who competed at the TMEA All-Region Band Auditions in College Station on Saturday. BMS was represented well in both disciplined behavior and high level of performance excellence, and all students worked hard for the past 12 weeks growing in their musical skills and abilities to prepare for these auditions.
